Great Question! Here’s the process… (1) You sign up online. (2) You’ll receive a welcome email and text (if you requested text updates.). (3) The day before your service, you’ll get an email as well as a text, letting you know we’ll be coming. (4) We’ll let you know via the same methods that your service was completed. Typically, your service will be the same day and week each month we service your bins – i.e. 3rd Wednesday of the month.
